Best secure password practices
There are a number of things you can consider when setting up a password to make sure it is secure. For one, you can make the passwords lengthy. The more number of characters, the more secure it is. Another thing to include are the different types of characters. For example you can use “@”, “{”, etc. in your password to make them more secure.
Apart from the characteristics of the password, other things matters as well. For example, using a birthday or a special date as your password isn’t secure, even though you may think that it is unique. Additionally, make your passwords unique; do not use the same password on more than one account. Also, make them random – do not use phrases or sentences as passwords as they can be guessed.
You can even add additional layers of security by using password managers and multi-factor authentication.
